Generation quality, processing time, output format, resolution, and model availability may vary by model, system load, input quality, and provider availability. User Content and Rights

You retain rights you already have in images, prompts, and other content you upload. You are responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, process, generate, download, publish, and commercially use your content.

AiPixToVideo allows commercial use of generated outputs, but only where you have the required rights to the source image and your use complies with applicable law, third-party rights, platform rules, and these Terms. We do not provide intellectual property clearance, legal advice, or indemnity for uploaded content or generated outputs.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use AiPixToVideo to:

• Upload or generate content that violates laws or third-party rights.
• Create, distribute, or promote harmful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent the origin of generated content.

• Scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.

AI Outputs and Service Limitations

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, low quality, delayed, unavailable, or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before using or publishing them. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue models, features, or generation options at any time.
